Replace or upgrade old PLC Systems
We replace and upgrade old PLC systems including Modicon 584, Honeywell IPC620, SquareD SyMax300 and SyMax400, Gem80's, Siemens S5-100 & S5-115's.

Control systems installed in the late 1980's and early 1990's are now getting old and some equipment are on long lead times or no longer available.

We have to date replaced most old PLC makes on the market and achieved this with a minimum of downtime. Our method is described in the document: "Replacement & Upgrade Plan"

We meet the Federal Drug Administration (FDA 21 CFR part 11) regulations for the use of Electronic Records (ER) and Electronic Signatures (ES) as replacement for paper records and hand-written signatures.

We follow the Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) for design and build of control systems for the Pharmaceutical market.

We are an approved Rockwell UK Technical Partner.
